This Word Cloud was created by compiling job descriptions for Community Manager roles. Using Wordle‘s free word cloud generator, I inserted the text and adjusted the font and colors. Knowing that resumes are scanned and trashed within seconds, including relevant words decreases the likelihood of it being placed in the “circular file”.
